The Contractor represents and warrants that it and its principals have duly executed and filed all required VENDEX Questionnaires and, if applicable, Certificates of No Change, pursuant to PPB Rule § 2-08 and in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Mayor’s Office of Contract Services.
