Common use of Vehicle Allowance Clause in Contracts

Vehicle Allowance. Vehicle allowance for all kilometers travelled on College business shall be paid to employees required to use their own vehicles in the performance of their duties. The allowance shall cover kilometers to and from the employee's place of residence only when the employee is required to have his/her vehicle at work for use in the performance of his/her duties.
