VARYING TERMS Sample Clauses

The VARYING TERMS clause allows for the modification or adjustment of certain terms within an agreement, typically in response to changing circumstances or by mutual consent of the parties involved. In practice, this clause may specify which terms can be varied, the process for making changes—such as requiring written agreement—and any limitations or conditions on such variations. Its core function is to provide flexibility within the contract, ensuring that the agreement can adapt to unforeseen developments or evolving needs without requiring a complete renegotiation.
