Governing Terms. This Transaction is governed by the terms and conditions of the WSPP Agreement dated June 21, 2018, along with any schedules and amendments thereto (collectively, the “Master Agreement”). The Master Agreement and this Confirmation shall be collectively referred to herein as the “Agreement”. If there is any conflict between the terms set forth in this Confirmation and the Master Agreement, the terms set forth in this Confirmation shall govern. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Confirmation have the meanings ascribed to them in the Master Agreement.

Governing Terms. The Confirmation Agreement and this Master Agreement shall form a single, integrated agreement between the parties with respect to the Transaction. In the event of any conflict between the Confirmation Agreement and this Master Agreement, the terms of the Confirmation Agreement shall govern.
