Variable Shifts. 13.1 The ordinary hours of work for Variable Shift Workers are: (i) An average of 36 per week over the period of the shift roster cycle; (ii) To be worked in accordance with the shift roster issued by the Company from time to time, with RDOs accruing at the rate of 26 RDOs for each 12 months worked. 13.2 For each day of annual leave and sick leave taken, 7.2 hours will be paid to the Employee, and 0.8 of an hour will be accrued towards an RDO. 13.3 Definitions for Variable Shift Workers For the purposes of this clause:
