PERMANENT DAY SHIFT Sample Clauses
The PERMANENT DAY SHIFT clause establishes that certain employees or roles are assigned to work exclusively during daytime hours on a permanent basis. In practice, this means affected staff will not be rotated to night or swing shifts and their work schedules will consistently fall within defined daytime periods, such as 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This clause provides stability and predictability for both employees and employers, helping to address concerns about work-life balance and operational planning.
