Common use of Variable Shifts Clause in Contracts

Variable Shifts. There shall be no more than six (6) full-time and part-time 21 positions consisting of more than one shift at any one time in the bargaining unit. 22 Other nurses may also be scheduled to work variable shifts with their consent.
