VARIABLE RATE /FEE FOR SERVICE. In full consideration of the fee for service funded alcohol and drug treatment services provided to individuals who lack the necessary resources to pay for all, or part of these services themselves and are referred by the County, the variable amount County shall be obligated to pay for such services rendered under this Agreement and all other Agreements approved individually, or collectively by a resolution, shall not exceed the aggregate amounts stated in Section 3.
