NON-REIMBURSABLE SERVICES. 1. Driving Under The Influence (DUI) In accordance with the AOD Policy and Procedure Manual, Contractor will provide the DUI program services to clients who have been referred by the Department of Motor Vehicles, Probation, and the Superior Courts.
NON-REIMBURSABLE SERVICES. In accordance with the AOD Policy and Procedure Manual, DUI/DEJ services are a non- reimbursable service. DUI/DEJ administrative fees must be approved by the County Health Services Agency Director.
