Variable Hour Employees. For the purpose of this contract, Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining representative of all variable hour employees that are in the job classification of Program Assistants 1 at the Zoo and Recycling Information Center, Hazardous Waste Technicians, Safety/Security Officers, and Scale House Technicians, Traffic Control/Load Inspectors and Metro Paint Operations Technicians, who average more than four hours per week per calendar quarter. The following represents the terms and conditions for temporary employees:
