Van Driver. When the District has a need to transport students beyond the District boundaries and outside El Dorado County, the District may employee a van driver to drive a District van. This van driver may also transport students within the district boundaries when the students have special needs or are identified as homeless and have been identified as unable to ride the regular school bus (i.e. due to behavior that causes expulsion from the bus). The van driver must obtain a Class C California Driver License. The van driver will not be included in the bidding or routes.
