Common use of Valet Parking Clause in Contracts

Valet Parking. Tenant may be permitted, in Landlord’s sole discretion and subject to receipt of any necessary approvals of any governmental authority having jurisdiction, to provide valet drop-off and pick-up service at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. The location of any such Tenant-provided valet parking shall be designated by Landlord.
