Valet Parking. At the Transfer Time, an authorized representative of the Company shall perform the following functions for all motor vehicles that were checked and placed in the care of the Company: (i) xxxx all motor vehicles with a sticker or tape; (ii) prepare a report with respect to any damages to such vehicles; (iii) prepare an inventory of such vehicles ("INVENTORIED VEHICLES") indicating the check number applicable thereto; and (iv) transfer control of the Inventoried Vehicles to an authorized representative of Purchaser and secure a receipt for the Inventoried Vehicles. Thereafter, Purchaser shall be responsible for the Inventoried Vehicles, PROVIDED that the Company shall be liable to the owners of such Inventoried Vehicles with respect to any damages occurring as a result of actions taken by the Company and its employees prior to the Transfer Time (including, without limitation, damages (as a result of actions taken by the Company and its employees) set forth in the damage report) or items missing from or damaged in such Inventoried Vehicles and such liability shall be a Retained Liability for the purposes of this Agreement, to the extent that Purchaser is able to prove that such items were missing or damaged prior to the Transfer Time.
Valet Parking. At the Transfer Time, an authorized representative of Seller shall perform, the following functions for all motor vehicles that were checked and placed in the care of Seller at the Property: (i) xxxx all motor vehicles with a sticker or tape; (ii) prepare an inventory of such vehicles ("INVENTORIED VEHICLES") indicating the check number applicable thereto; and (iii) transfer control of the Inventoried Vehicles to an authorized representative of Purchaser and secure a receipt for the Inventoried Vehicles. Thereafter, Purchaser shall be responsible for the Inventoried Vehicles.
Valet Parking. At the Transfer Time, authorized representatives of Sellers shall perform, and Parent shall cause Sellers to perform, the following functions for all motor vehicles that were checked and placed in the care of any Seller at the Property: (i) xxxx all motor vehicles with a sticker or tape; (ii) prepare an inventory of such vehicles ("INVENTORIED VEHICLES") indicating the check number applicable thereto; and (iii) transfer control of the Inventoried Vehicles to an authorized representative of Purchaser and secure a receipt for the Inventoried Vehicles. Thereafter, Purchaser shall be responsible for the Inventoried Vehicles.
Valet Parking. The Developer Parties intend to establish a uniform valet system to service the SAP Properties and the District generally. Notwithstanding the limitations set forth in Sec. 35-305, a maximum of two (2) valet permits may be issued for the operation of a valet parking ramp on the same side of the block where the permit applicant is the operator of the uniform valet system.
Valet Parking the valet parking service offered by Quick Parking, which involves taking receipt of vehicles, keeping them in custody and returning them to the User.
Valet Parking. 7.1. These terms and conditions apply to Valet Parking and the Receipt.
Valet Parking. The Company shall provide upon ratification a gratuity of $3.25 per guest per day per vehicle that is parked via valet parking (in and out privileges do not attract an additional gratuity)
Valet Parking. Employees providing valet parking services shall receive a gratuity in the amount of three dollars and fifty cents ($3.50) per guest per day per vehicle that is parked via valet parking. In and out privileges do not attract an additional gratuity. OVERNIGHT PREMIUM Where the majority of an employee’s hours worked fall between 23:00 hours and 07:30 hours, an overnight premium of one ($1.00) dollar per hour shall be paid to that employee for all hours worked on that shift.
Valet Parking. Subject to reimbursement for any reasonable costs incurred beyond those for services customarily provided to the general public, the City shall cooperate with the Redeveloper in connection with the location of valet parking stands and kiosks and valet parking spaces reasonably required by the Redeveloper, which stands/kiosks and corresponding valet parking service shall be operated and maintained at no expense to the City.
Valet Parking. A parking service provided by the Parking Facilities Management Company in which the valet parks customers’ vehicles for them.
