Covenants of Purchaser. Purchaser covenants and agrees as follows:
Covenants of Purchaser. The Purchaser shall provide the Seller with all forms of Disclosure Materials (including the final form of the Memorandum and the preliminary and final forms of the Prospectus Supplement) promptly upon any such document becoming available.
Covenants of Purchaser. Purchaser covenants and agrees with Seller that, at all times from and after the date hereof until the Closing, Purchaser will comply with all covenants and provisions of this Article V, except to the extent Seller may otherwise consent in writing.
