Common use of Vacation Year Defined Clause in Contracts

Vacation Year Defined. A vacation year for the purpose of this Article is a twelve (12) month period starting with the individual employee's anniversary date of employment with the Sheriff's Department.

Vacation Year Defined. A vacation year year, for the purpose purposes of this Article Article, is a twelve (12) month period starting with the individual employee's employee‟s anniversary date of last employment with the Sheriff's Sheriff‟s Department, and each twelve (12) month period thereafter (anniversary date to anniversary date).
