VACATION LEAVES. 1. Faculty Members on the eleven (11) month salary schedules in the C, R, S, B, and A classifications are eligible to earn vacation leave at the rate of one and three-quarter (1-3/4) working days for each month of service.

VACATION LEAVES. 2 Upon completion of six (6) months of regular and continuous 3 paid service, unit members shall be credited with paid vacation in 4 the amount described below:
VACATION LEAVES. Requests for vacation shall be made upon forms provided by the Employer and shall be made within not less than two (2) working days of the time requested. Requests for vacation shall be deemed to have been approved if not disapproved within two (2) working days of the request. Requests for vacation shall be subject to the following:
VACATION LEAVES. Paid vacation to eligible custodians, food service, and secretaries will be uniform. All vacation requests must be in writing and approved by the appropriate director and superintendent. For year-round employees, no more than one employee at a time per building (or one campus wide position) may take vacation while school is in session. School Year employees may not take vacation time on days when school is in session except in case of an emergency and with the approval of the appropriate principal/director and superintendent. Vacations taken while school is in session will be granted on a first come, first served basis and must be requested in writing at least fourteen days but not more than six months in advance. Only one week of vacation may be requested at one time. Vacation benefits, which do not accumulate, will be as follows:

The Executive vacation leave entitlement in Switzerland will be calculated up to the date he starts on his assignment in Singapore and brought forward to Singapore.

  • Vacation Leave A part-time employee shall earn vacation leave credits for each month in which the employee receives pay for at least twice the number of hours in the employee’s normal workweek, at the rate for years of service established in clause 34.02 of this Agreement, prorated and calculated as follows:

  • Annual Vacation Leave 33.01 An Employee shall not take vacation leave without prior authorization from the Employer.

  • VACATION LEAVE WITH PAY 14.01 The vacation year shall be from April 1st of one calendar year to March 31st of the following calendar year inclusive.

  • Vacation; Sick Leave During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to not less than four (4) weeks of vacation during each calendar year and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies and practices with respect to its executives.

  • Vacations; Leave The Employee shall be entitled to annual paid vacation in accordance with the policies established by the Board of Directors for executive employees and to voluntary leave of absence, with or without pay, from time to time at such times and upon such conditions as the Board of Directors may determine in its discretion.

  • Vacation Leave Maximum Employees may accumulate maximum vacation leave balances not to exceed two hundred and forty (240) hours. However, there are two (2) exceptions that allow vacation leave to accumulate above the maximum:

  • Recall from Vacation Leave Where, during any period of vacation leave, an employee is recalled to duty, such employee shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses, as normally defined by the Employer, that such employee incurs:

  • Vacation Leave Accrual ‌ After a full-time employee has been in pay status for eighty (80) non-overtime hours in a calendar month, the employee will accrue vacation leave according to the rate schedule below. Vacation leave accrual for part-time employees will be proportionate to the number of hours the part-time employee is in pay status during the month to that required for full-time employment.

  • Restoration of Vacation Leave In the event an employee is injured or becomes ill while on vacation leave, the employee may submit a written request to use sick leave and have the equivalent amount of vacation leave restored. The supervisor may require a written medical certificate.

  • ’ Compensation Leave If such determination cannot readily be made and all healthcare leave or annual leave subject to 100% payoff has been applied to the absence, the employee shall be placed on Official Leave until a final determination is made.
