Vacation Increment. That pay (over and above vacation pay) based on vacation credit years. *See note below in C.1.
Vacation Increment. Effective June 1, 2001, that pay (over and above v a c a t i o n pay) based on vacation credit years. *Employees who have completed 20 or more years of continuous service as of June 1, 2012 and 2016 shall receive an additional 40 hours vacation increment pay at the applicable rate of pay. These vacationincrement hours will be suspended for the 2013 and 2014 vacation base years.
Vacation Increment. Employees shall earn vacation pay in accordance with the following schedule: 1. After the completion of the probationary period. annual leave shall accumulate at the rate of .25 days per bi-weekly pay period, retroactive to the date of hire. 2. On the first anniversary of the date of employ~ment, annual leave shall accumulate at the rate of .50 days perbi-weekly pay period. 3. On the sixth anniversary of the date of employment, annual leave shall accumulate at the rate of .60 days per bi-weekly pay period. 4. On the eighth anniversary of the date of employment, annual leave shall accumulate at the rate of .65 days per bi-weekly pay period. 5. On the tenth anniversary of the date of employment, annual leave shall accumulate at the rate of .70 days per bi-weekly pay period. 6. On the fourteenth anniversary of the date of employment, annual leave shall accumulate at the rate of .77 days per bi-weekly pay period. 7. On the twenty-first anniversary of the date of employment, annual leave shall accumu l a teva t the rate of .97 days per bi-weekly pay period.
