Common use of Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave. Employee will be entitled to such periods of vacation, holidays and sick leave allowance each year as are determined by the Company's policies relevant to vacation, holidays and sick pay for executive personnel as in effect immediately before the Change in Control Date or as may be increased from time to time thereafter. Neither vacation time nor sick leave allowance will be accumulated from year to year.
