Vacation Computation. 18.3.1. After completion of three (3) continuous years of full-time service, each employee shall be allowed, for each calendar month of service, the hourly equivalent of one-fourth (1/4) of an established work week of credit for vacation with pay. 18.3.2. After completion of ten (10) continuous years of full-time service, each employee shall be allowed, for each calendar month of service, the hourly equivalent of one-third (1/3) of an established work week of credit for vacation with pay. 18.3.3. After completion of fifteen (15) continuous years of full-time service, each employee shall be allowed, for each calendar month of service, the hourly equivalent of five-twelfths (5/12) of an established work week of credit for vacation with pay. 18.3.4. After completion of twenty (20) continuous years of full-time service, each employee shall be allowed, for each calendar month of service, the hourly equivalent of one-half (1/2) of an established work week of credit for vacation with pay. 18.3.5. The following table is illustrative of the number of vacation days employees may earn for continuous employment, providing they are not absent for more than one-half (1/2) of any month on leave of absence without pay: 11 – 15 20 16 – 20 25 21 – up 30
