Common use of Vacation Computation Clause in Contracts

Vacation Computation. 18.3.1. After completion of three (3) continuous years of full-time service, each employee shall be allowed, for each calendar month of service, the hourly equivalent of one-fourth (1/4) of an established work week of credit for vacation with pay. 18.3.2. After completion of ten (10) continuous years of full-time service, each employee shall be allowed, for each calendar month of service, the hourly equivalent of one-third (1/3) of an established work week of credit for vacation with pay. 18.3.3. After completion of fifteen (15) continuous years of full-time service, each employee shall be allowed, for each calendar month of service, the hourly equivalent of five-twelfths (5/12) of an established work week of credit for vacation with pay. 18.3.4. After completion of twenty (20) continuous years of full-time service, each employee shall be allowed, for each calendar month of service, the hourly equivalent of one-half (1/2) of an established work week of credit for vacation with pay. 18.3.5.
