Common use of VACATION ACCRUAL WHILE ON TEMPORARY DISABILITY Clause in Contracts

VACATION ACCRUAL WHILE ON TEMPORARY DISABILITY. An officer or employee who is on temporary disability leave of absence as provided in Section 1506 shall be entitled to accrue the same vacation credit he would have normally accrued had he not been placed on temporary disability leave of absence without pay.

VACATION ACCRUAL WHILE ON TEMPORARY DISABILITY. An officer or employee who is on temporary disability leave of absence as provided in Section 1506 shall be entitled to accrue the same vacation credit he would have normally accrued had he not been placed on temporary disability leave of absence without pay.

VACATION ACCRUAL WHILE ON TEMPORARY DISABILITY. An officer or employee who is on temporary disability leave of absence as provided in Section 1506 1606 shall be entitled to accrue the same vacation credit he would have normally accrued had he not been placed on temporary disability leave of absence without pay.
