Common use of Utility Operator 4 Clause in Contracts

Utility Operator 4. UO 4 – UO 4 classification requires special training or certification plus a minimum of 7 years, full-time equivalent, CRD UO experience. Within the UO 4 classification there may be requirement for special training or additional certification. It is understood that from time to time, to ensure operational needs continue to be maintained, vacancies may be posted at more senior Utility Operator levels (e.g. UO3 or UO4) in observance with Article 10.02(v). Applicants will have their EOCP certifications and years of experience recognized for this purpose.
