Program Principles. The Utility Operator Program recognizes a progression of Environmental Operator Certification Program (EOCP) certificate and CRD experience with a goal and commitment to ensure Utility Operators are trained and certified with the ability to develop skills in their area of focus as well as gain experience in different operating areas, facilities and disciplines. The EOCP certification(s) is based on operational needs related specifically to the focus and discipline of the position.

Program Principles. The parties agree that accounting graduates or existing EPCOR employees hired into the EPCOR Management Development Program (the Program) will be subject to the following terms and conditions of this Program: The Program is designed to support accounting graduates as they work to achieve their CPA designation. It is a condition of the program that employees must be working towards their CPA designation during the length of the Program. Employees will have three (3) years in which to complete the requirements of the CPA designation unless extra time is approved (to a maximum of 6 months or as determined on a case by case exception basis), by the Program Administrator for completion of the designation. The Company will issue employees with written performance appraisals on a regular basis. Movement through the Program will consist of three job rotations; each rotation will be at least nine (9) months in duration. Employees will beassigned additional and increasingly complex duties and accountabilities through each successive Program rotation. The goal is to build skills and experience, while attaining the CPA designation, and exiting the Program into either a Stratum 1 or Stratum 2 position through the job posting process.
Program Principles. SUBRECIPIENT shall ensure that the delivery of services is based on the following principles:
1. Opportunities shall be maximized to provide integrated, coordinated, and easily accessible resources for Participants;
2. Services shall be family-friendly and family-centered;
3. Services shall be community-based and provide integrated services that coordinate Federal, State, and community funding opportunities;
4. Participant’s strengths shall be identified, utilizing motivational and strength-based techniques; and
5. Services shall be outcome-driven and identify indicators that accurately reflect progress towards stated goals.
Program Principles. The Service Provider will:
10.1 Provide a strong, independent and effective voice for health consumers;
10.2 Promote a just and equitable distribution of health resources;
10.3 Develop alliances and partnerships with others interested in health consumer issues;
10.4 Promote greater public discussion about health priorities, services and relevant legislation, and
10.5 Create a vehicle for health consumers to lobby on health consumer issues
Program Principles. 1. The job, task, function, or combination of tasks which the worker will be required to perform must, compliment the medical restrictions of the worker so they can perform the duties without endangering, recovery, their safety, or the safety of others. In other words, modified work should not prolong the injury.
2. The work must be a meaningful and productive part of the employer’s operations. In other words, modified work should be meaningful work, not make-work.
3. The work must contribute to the worker’s physical and vocational rehabilitation by keeping the worker active and involved in the workplace and by promoting the gradual restoration to the workers’ pre-accident level of employment where applicable. In other words, transitional work is temporary, while permanent modifications in an employee’s/member’s job responsibilities may also be required.
