Common use of User Clause in Contracts

User. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Service Provider considers an individual who uses User ID and its password as the user of Service (“User”), and Customer shall impose on User the same obligations under T&C, and shall be responsible for any User’s action and result caused by User. IF ANY DISPUTE, LAWSUIT OR OTHER PROBLEMS ARISE BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND USER, IN NO EVENT SHALL SERVICE PROVIDER AND FUJIFILM BI BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM.

IF ANY DISPUTE, LAWSUIT OR OTHER PROBLEMS ARISE BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND USER, IN NO EVENT SHALL SERVICE PROVIDER AND FUJIFILM BI BUSINESS INNOVATION BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM.
