AVAILABILITY OF PHI. (a) Business Associate agrees to make available Protected Health Information to the extent and in the manner required by Section 164.524 of the HIPAA Privacy Rule.
AVAILABILITY OF PHI. Business Associate agrees to comply with any requests for restrictions on certain disclosures of Protected Health Information pursuant to Section 164.522 of the HIPAA Security and Privacy Rule to which Covered Entity has agreed and of which Business Associate is notified by Covered Entity. Business Associate agrees to make available Protected Health Information to the extent and in the manner required by Section 164.524 of the HIPAA Security and Privacy Rule. If Business Associate maintains Protected Health Information electronically, it agrees to make such Protected Health Information electronically available to the applicable individual. Business Associate agrees to make Protected Health Information available for amendment and incorporate any amendments to Protected Health Information in accordance with the requirements of Section 164.526 of the HIPAA Security and Privacy Rule. In addition, Business Associate agrees to make Protected Health Information available for purposes of accounting of disclosures, as required by Section 164.528 of the HIPAA Security and Privacy Rule and Section 13405(c)(3) of the HITECH Act. Business Associate and Covered Entity shall cooperate in providing any accounting required on a timely basis.
AVAILABILITY OF PHI. Company agrees to comply with any requests for restrictions on certain disclosures of PHI pursuant to Section 164.522 of the HIPAA Security and Privacy Rule to which Client has agreed and of which Company is notified in writing by Client. Company agrees to make available PHI to the extent and in the manner required by Section 164.524 of the HIPAA Security and Privacy Rule. If Company maintains PHI electronically, it agrees to make such PHI electronically available to the applicable individual in a designated record set. Company agrees to make PHI available for amendment and incorporate any amendments to PHI in accordance with the requirements of Section 164.526 of the HIPAA Security and Privacy Rule. In addition, Company agrees to make PHI available for purposes of accounting of disclosures, as required by Section 164.528 of the HIPAA Security and Privacy Rule and Section 13405(c)(3) of the HITECH Act. Company and Client shall cooperate in providing any accounting required on a timely basis.
AVAILABILITY OF PHI. CONTRACTOR agrees to make available Protected Health Information to the extent and in the manner required by Section 164.524 of the HIPAA Privacy Rule. CONTRACTOR agrees to make Protected Health Information available for amendment and incorporate any amendments to Protected Health Information in accordance with the requirements of Section 164.526 of the HIPAA Privacy Rule. In addition, CONTRACTOR agrees to make Protected Health Information available for purposes of accounting of disclosures, as required by Section 164.528 of the HIPAA Privacy Rule.
AVAILABILITY OF PHI. To the extent Business Associate maintains PHI in a Designated Record Set, Business Associate agrees to make PHI available to Covered Entity or, as directed by Covered Entity, to an Individual, within twenty (20) days of the request of the Covered Entity and in the manner designated by Covered Entity in accordance with 45 C.F.R. § 164.524.
AVAILABILITY OF PHI. Business Associate will make all PHI available to Covered Entity and otherwise cooperate with Covered Entity to the extent necessary for Covered Entity to comply with its obligations under 45 C.F.R. Sections 164.524-528, including providing patients access to medical records, an opportunity to amend incorrect information and an accounting of disclosures of PHI. Business Associate further agrees to make its internal practices, books and records, including policies and procedures and Confidential Information, relating to the use and disclosure of PHI available to the Secretary of Health and Human Services in a time and manner designated by the Secretary of Health and Human Services, if necessary, for the purpose of determining Covered Entity's compliance with HIPAA.
AVAILABILITY OF PHI. In accordance with the Regulations, Business Associate shall Make available the information required to provide an Accounting of Disclosures of PHI as soon as possible, but in all cases no later than twenty (20) days from request by MetroHealth; For each Accounting of Disclosures, shall provide: The date of each disclosure; The name and address of the organization or person who received the PHI; A brief description of the information disclosed; For disclosures other than those made at the request of the subject, the purpose for which the information was disclosed, and a copy of the request or authorization for disclosure; and, Any other information that is required under the Regulations.
AVAILABILITY OF PHI. If Business Associate maintains a Designated Record Set, Business Associate agrees to provide access, at the request of Covered Entity, and in the time and manner designated by Covered Entity, to PHI in the Designated Record Set, to Covered Entity or, as directed by Covered Entity, to an Individual in order to meet the requirements of 45 C.F.R. §164.524.
AVAILABILITY OF PHI. Seller acknowledges that HIPAA gives individuals the right of access to inspect and obtain a copy of their PHI subject to the Regulations. Therefore, Seller shall make available PHI in accordance with the Regulations.
