The User Portal clause defines the provision and use of an online platform or interface through which users can access services, manage their accounts, or interact with the provider. User Portal the App and/or an internet website inside Company’s System wherefrom the Client can access E-Money Account and use Services.
User Portal. (a) Only Registered Users may access our User Portal. You must keep your login and password secure.
(b) Our Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time and are available on our website. By accessing our User Portal, you agree to be bound by our Terms & Conditions (including our User Portal terms and conditions) as current at the time of access.
(c) You are liable for all acts or omissions in relation to your use of our User Portal and those of your Registered Users. You must comply with the Law when using our User Portal.
(d) We are not liable for any Loss to Registered Users or third parties resulting from: (i) access to or inability to access our User Portal; or (ii) viruses or other detrimental codes or impediments that infect computer equipment or other property on account of access to our User Portal or from the downloading of any content from our website.
(e) We own all Intellectual Property Rights in relation to our User Portal. You may not use our trademarks or trade names without our consent.
(f) Our User Portal may be withdrawn, modified or updated in whole or in part at any time without notice.
(g) All information you receive via or with respect to our User Portal is confidential. You must not use or disclose that information other than in connection with your access and use of our User Portal and in compliance with the Law.
User Portal. (Local Control Tool) The Contractor shall provide access to the Local Control Tool, which has been reviewed by the FNA and which provides access to outage notifications, purchasing and service management capabilities, and billing information. The Contractor shall work with Cal OES to implement Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) per the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) standards existing at the time of execution of the parties’ contract, as reviewed by FNA. The Local Control Tool shall have the following features at a minimum:
1. Display current status of the wireless network, including service outages.
2. Display certain critical information of a general nature (e.g., weather, traffic).
3. Support alerts that users can subscribe to, including network outages regarding recent nationwide and local incidents.
4. A reference that identifies the types of PSE user equipment that is compatible with FirstNet on the NPSBN.
5. Service and Device Management.
6. add, edit, and remove FirstNet Authorized Users;
User Portal. In order for Customer to gain full access to our Services, Customer may be required to access an online user portal. This user portal may collect certain Customer information (such as IP address) or place a cookie on Customer devices for Service-related purposes, such as recognizing Customer when Customer accesses the portal.
