Reports Upon Customer Request. The Contractor shall provide the following types of reports upon request and at no charge to the Customer or State via the Local Control Tool:
1. Voice and/or Data Reports The Contractor shall provide Customers with voice and/or data service related information. The report format and field specifications shall be determined and agreed upon by the Contractor and the Customer.
