Account Information Disclosure We will disclose information to third parties about your account or the transfers you make: - As necessary to complete transfers; - To verify the existence of sufficient funds to cover specific transactions upon the request of a third party, such as a credit bureau or merchant; - If your account is eligible for emergency cash and/or emergency card replacement services and you request such services, you agree that we may provide personal information about you and your account that is necessary to provide you with the requested service(s); - To comply with government agency or court orders; or - If you give us your written permission.
Disclosure of Account Information to Third Parties It is our general policy to treat your account information as confidential. However, we will disclose information to third parties about your account or the transactions you make in the following situations pursuant to our Privacy Policy (as further described in Section 10 (Your Privacy) of the General Terms), in addition to the circumstances set forth in Section 20 of the General Terms (Information Authorization):
Account Information The account balance and transaction history information may be limited to recent account information involving your accounts. Also, the availability of funds for transfer or withdrawal may be limited due to the processing time for any ATM deposit transactions and our Funds Availability Policy.
Exclusions and Limitations for Third Party Software SUBJECT TO THE EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES STATED IN SECTION 9.2 AND WITH RESPECT TO THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OF ANY CLAIM SHALL SAP OR ITS LICENSORS’ BE LIABLE FOR AN AMOUNT IN EXCESS OF THE PAID LICENSE FEES FOR THE THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE DIRECTLY CAUSING THE DAMAGES.

Confidentiality and Safeguarding Information 1. Each Party may have access to confidential information made available by the other. The provisions of the Florida Public Records Act, Chapter 119, F.S., and other applicable state and federal laws will govern disclosure of any confidential information received by the State of Florida.
Confidentiality and Safeguarding of University Records; Press Releases; Public Information Under this Agreement, Contractor may (1) create, (2) receive from or on behalf of University, or (3) have access to, records or record systems (collectively, University Records). Among other things, University Records may contain social security numbers, credit card numbers, or data protected or made confidential or sensitive by Applicable Laws. Security Violations and Accounts Updates Grantee will adhere to the Confidentiality Article requirements and HHS Data Usage Agreement of this contract and immediately contact System Agency if a security violation is detected, or if Grantee has any reason to suspect that the security or integrity of the CMBHS data has been or may be compromised in any way.
