Third Party Account Information. In order to provide you with the Services, you may also be required to disclose certain other third- party account information to us, including, without limitation, your bank account number, your cryptocurrencies addresses and related information. As indicated elsewhere in this Agreement, we are not responsible for any unauthorised use of your User Account with the Company or any third-party accounts which you use in connection with the Services provided.

Third Party Account Information. To enable Even to provide you its Services as outlined in Section 6 of this Agreement— such as determining your income and expenses to provide you with a budgeting tool— you may, if you so choose, direct Even to retrieve your bank account transaction history, account balance information, wages, employment schedule, bills, and other information maintained by third parties (“Third Parties”) with which you have employment—such as your employer—or financial account relationships, such as your bank (all such information is collectively referred to as “Third-Party Account Information”). Even works with one or more affiliated or unaffiliated service providers to access this Third-Party Account Information. By using the Services, you authorize Even to access this information maintained by Third Parties, on your behalf as your agent, and you expressly authorize such Third Parties to disclose your information to us. By agreeing to this Agreement, you are also agreeing that you are responsible for keeping your passwords and usernames for this Third-Party Account Information secure, and for keeping those passwords and usernames up to date in the App. Even does not review the Third-Party Account Information for accuracy, legality, or non- infringement, and Even is not responsible for your Third-Party Account Information or products and services offered by or on Third Party sites. You acknowledge that any Third-Party Account Information that is displayed through the Services will be the information we most recently accessed, and that this information may not reflect pending transactions or other recent activity.
Third Party Account Information. To use the Services, you may directly furnish or direct Ontrail to retrieve your account transaction history, balance information, and/or other information maintained by third-parties with which you have relationships, maintain accounts or engage in financial transactions (“Third-Party Account Information”). Ontrail may work with one or more third-party service providers, to access this Third-Party Account Information. By using the Services, you authorize us to access this information maintained by identified third parties, on your behalf as your agent, and you expressly authorize such third parties to disclose your information to us. By agreeing to this Agreement, you are also agreeing that you are responsible for keeping your passwords and usernames for this Third-Party Account Information secure, and for keeping those passwords and usernames up to date. Third Party Account Information. By using EaseMyTrip’s Website and Mobile App, User allows EaseMyTrip and its agents to access third party sites, including Banks and other payment gateways, designated by them or on their behalf to retrieve requested details. While registering, the User is required to choose a password and maintain its privacy. The User is completely responsible for any activity held during the use of the password or account. It is the duty of the User to intimate EaseMyTrip urgently in writing in case of experiencing unauthorized use of the account or other security breaches. EaseMyTrip will not be responsible for any loss incurred by the User due to unauthorized use of his password or account.
Third Party Account Information. You may use our e-Banking Services to retrieve your information maintained online by other financial institutions and merchants/billers, with which you have customer relationships, maintain accounts or engage in financial transactions and other log-in related information (“Third Party Account Information”). We do not review, verifyor analyze the Third Party Account Information for accuracy or any other purpose. There may be technical difficulties which result in a failure to obtain data, a loss of data, a loss of personalized settings or other service interruptions. Third Party Account Information is timely only to the extent that it is promptly provided by the third-party sites. Third Party Account Information may be more up to date when obtained directly from the third-party sites. You are responsible for providing accurate and updated (as necessary) account numbers, user names, passwords and other log-in related information (“Registration Information”) so that you are ableto access Third Party Account Information through our e- Banking Services. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Third Party Account Information, you should notify your financial institution, merchant and/or xxxxxx immediately. By submitting data, passwords, user names, PINs, log-in information, materials and other information to us through Consumer e-Banking or Business e- Banking, you are licensing that content to us solely for the purpose of providing this service to you and for such other purposes as are set forth in the Privacy Policy under Subsection f) below (the “Privacy Policy”). You further represent that you are entitled to provide this information to us for purposes of this service and we are not required to pay any fees to any third parties for this information. We may use and store the content in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By using this service, you expressly authorize us to access your Third Party Account Information maintained by identified third parties, on your behalf as your agent. When you use the Add Accounts feature of our e-Banking Services, you will be directly connected to the website for the third party you have identified. We will submit information, including user names and passwords that you provide to log you into the site.
