Common use of USE OF YOUR CARD Clause in Contracts

USE OF YOUR CARD. You may use Your Card to buy goods and services in any place that it is honored. You may also use Your Card to get cash advances at participating financial institutions, except to the extent that such cash advances may not exceed: (a) $500.00 when obtained at an Automated Teller Machine (“ATM”); and (b) an amount equal to 15% of Your approved Credit Limit when obtained over- the-counter from a representative. You agree not to use Your Card for illegal transactions including, but not limited to, advances made for the purpose of gambling and/or wagering where such practices are in violation of applicable state and/or federal law.
