Common use of Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services Clause in Contracts

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by Connectel under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by Connectel as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by Connectel for other purposes (including, but not limited to, Connectel’s own use) must be purchased by Connectel pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by Connectel Best under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by Connectel Best as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by Connectel Best for other purposes (including, but not limited to, ConnectelBest’s own use) must be purchased by Connectel Best pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by Connectel Quality Tel under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by Connectel Quality Tel as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by Connectel Quality Tel for other purposes (including, but not limited to, ConnectelQuality Tel’s own use) must be purchased by Connectel Quality Tel pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by Connectel Bandwidth under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by Connectel Bandwidth as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by Connectel Bandwidth for other purposes (including, but not limited to, ConnectelBandwidth’s own use) must be purchased by Connectel Bandwidth pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by Connectel Phone-Link under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by Connectel Phone-Link as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by Connectel Phone-Link for other purposes (including, but not limited to, ConnectelPhone- Link’s own use) must be purchased by Connectel Phone-Link pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by Connectel Teleconex under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by Connectel Teleconex as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by Connectel Teleconex for other purposes (including, but not limited to, ConnectelTeleconex’s own use) must be purchased by Connectel Teleconex pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.

Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by Connectel NOW for other purposes (including, but not limited to, ConnectelNOW’s own use) must be purchased by Connectel NOW pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.

Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by Connectel New Access for other purposes (including, but not limited to, ConnectelNew Access’s own use) must be purchased by Connectel New Access pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by Connectel Onvoy under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by Connectel Onvoy as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by Connectel Onvoy for other purposes (including, but not limited to, ConnectelOnvoy’s own use) must be purchased by Connectel Onvoy pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by Connectel Direct2Internet under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by Connectel Direct2Internet as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by Connectel Direct2Internet for other purposes (including, but not limited to, ConnectelDirect2Internet’s own use) must be purchased by Connectel Direct2Internet pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.
