Common use of USE OF UNIVERSITY'S NAME Clause in Contracts

USE OF UNIVERSITY'S NAME. The Company shall not use the University / College / Research Institute 's name in connection with the work undertaken under the Agreement without the express written consent of the University / College / Research Institute which shall be sought on each occasion. Such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Neither Party shall be deemed to be in breach of this Agreement if it is unable to carry out any provision of it for any reason beyond its control including (without limiting the generality of the foregoing) damnum fatale, legislation, fuel shortages, war, fire, flood, drought, failure of power supply embargo, civil commotion and employee action.
