Use of University Premises. Permission to use University premises for social, recreational, or Union meetings may be granted if properly requested through the office of the Director of the Department in which the employee works and if the desired facilities are available and the meetings or functions are conducted so as not to violate the rules and regulations pertaining to use of the facilities as established by the University.
