Common use of Use of Pool Clause in Contracts

Use of Pool. During the term of this Agreement, City shall provide Team use of the Pool from 5:30 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, subject to City’s right to staff the Pool office and conduct business, including business with the public other than use of the swimming pool (e.g., swimming lesson registrations).

Use of Pool. During the term of this Agreement, City shall provide Team use of the Pool from 5:30 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 9:00 a.m., on Mondays, Wednesdays, and FridaysMonday through Friday, subject to City’s right to staff the Pool office and conduct business, including business with the public other than use of the swimming pool (e.g., swimming lesson registrations).

During the term of this Agreement, City shall provide Team use of the Pool from 5:30 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., 8:55 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdaysand 7:00 a.m. to 8:55 a.m., and FridaysTuesday through Friday, subject to City’s right to staff the Pool office and conduct business, including business with the public other than use of the swimming pool (e.g., swimming lesson registrations). City shall also provide Team use of the Pool on Saturday, May 6, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. for tryouts.
