Use of Pool Sample Clauses
Use of Pool. The POOL AREA may be used by residents of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park HOA community, unless the owner or resident has had their use rights suspended due to a delinquency or due to failure to comply with Association’s governing documents. The POOL AREA may be used only for private, non-commercial events which are sponsored and attended by the Resident at all times. Reservations for the POOL AREA are available on a first come, first served basis and may be made up to four (4) months in advance. Events at the POOL AREA are limited to between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to Dusk (Sunset) and must have a maximum attendance of no more than 30 people (including resident’s family). Events will be allocated ½ of the Cabana (includes use of one dining table and its chairs) and five pool deck lounge chairs. Events conducted at the POOL AREA may not unreasonably disturb other residents in the community. Reservation of the POOL AREA does not include the exclusive use of the pool, pool deck and related facilities; the pool and related facilities will remain open for use by other residents and guests not attending the Event. Nothing should be stuck to the walls in any portion of the POOL AREA, including tape, pins, push pins, etc. Confetti and candles or other flammable objects are not allowed. Parking for the Event is allowed only in designated parking locations; no guest parking is allowed on any grass areas or in areas that may disrupt traffic flow or access through the community by other residents. Any damage caused to the POOL AREA or any of the furniture, fixtures, or equipment must be reported as soon as reasonably practical. POOL AREA gates cannot be propped open at any time.
Use of Pool. During the term of this Agreement, City shall provide Team use of the Pool from 5:30 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, subject to City’s right to staff the Pool office and conduct business, including business with the public other than use of the swimming pool (e.g., swimming lesson registrations).
Use of Pool. The pool area is available to all residents during normal operating hours. The Rental Party acknowledges that they are renting the Clubhouse only and will not have use of the pool area. The Rental Party agrees that no one in the Rental Party’s event will interfere with use of the pool by others. If your guests will be using the pool, you will need to complete a Pool Rental Agreement and pay the appropriate fee.
Use of Pool. The parties agree to cooperate in good faith to draft and execute an agreement permitting the Seller to continue using the pool located on the Property after Closing. The parties agree to execute such agreement prior to the Closing Date; provided, however, the parties acknowledge and agree that execution of such agreement is contingent upon execution of a separate agreement between Purchaser and the City of Pullman related to the City of Pullman’s operation of the pool located on the Property through December 31, 2025. If the agreement cannot be completed prior to the Closing Date (defined below), then absent execution of a separate extension agreement by Seller and Purchaser, this Agreement and all rights, liabilities and obligations of the parties hereto shall terminate, except for those that are expressly stated to survive Closing, and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money Deposit shall be returned to Purchaser.
Use of Pool. The City shall use the pool for educational and recreational uses only and the City has no right to sublet, assign or transfer its rights to the operation of the pool to any other person or entity for any reason whatsoever.
