Use of Licensed Marks. Each Licensee shall use the Licensed Marks in accordance with all applicable Laws. Each Licensee shall not use the Licensed Marks in any manner that might dilute, tarnish, disparage, or reflect adversely on Parent or the Licensed Marks.
