Common use of Use of Images Clause in Contracts

Use of Images. During the Employee’s employment, the Company or its agents may obtain images of the Employee for subsequent use in Company materials, including promotional and marketing materials. The Employee’s name and biographical information may or may not be included along with such images. The Employee hereby grants the Company permission to use its images and biographical materials, both during and after the Employee’s employment, and Employee understands that Employee will not receive any royalties or other compensation for such use.
