Use of Human Material. (a) Recipients will ensure that the Human Material will only be used in accordance with the NCI-approved Research Project as specified in Appendix A. For clarity, other than the Clinical Data that is contained in the Specimen Tracking Manifest, the CIMACs will access the Clinical Data only through the CIDC.
