Use of existing infrastructure (3) Each of the proposals pursuant to subclause (1) may with the consent of the Minister and that of any other parties concerned instead of providing for the construction of new facilities or equipment or the provision of new services of the kind therein mentioned provide for the use by the Company of any existing facilities equipment or services of such kind belonging to the Company or the Mount Xxxxxx Participants during any period when the Company is associated with the Mount Xxxxxx Participants, or upon reasonable terms and conditions of any other existing facilities equipment or services of such kind. Use of Attachment Facilities by Third Parties Purpose of Attachment Facilities. Except as may be required by Applicable Laws and Regulations, or as otherwise agreed to among the Parties, the Attachment Facilities shall be constructed for the sole purpose of interconnecting the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System and shall be used for no other purpose.
Use of Project Issuer does hereby covenant and agree that it will not take any action during the term of this Agreement, other than pursuant to Article IX of this Agreement or Article IX of the Indenture, to interfere with Company's ownership of the Project or to prevent Company from having possession, custody, use and enjoyment of the Project.

Use of Trunk Forecasts Trunk forecasts provided pursuant to this Agreement must be prepared in good faith but are not otherwise binding on CBB or Verizon.
Use of Products 3.28.1 In the performance of this contract, Consultant shall make maximum use of products containing recovered materials that are EPA-designated items unless the product cannot be acquired (i) competitively within a timeframe providing for compliance with the contract performance schedule; (ii) meeting contract performance requirements; or (iii) at a reasonable price.
Use of Explosives When the use of explosives is necessary for the prosecution of the work, the Contractor shall exercise the utmost care not to endanger life or property, including new work. The Contractor shall be responsible for all damage resulting from the use of explosives. All explosives shall be stored in a secure manner in compliance with all laws and ordinances, and all such storage places shall be clearly marked. Where no local laws or ordinances apply, storage shall be provided satisfactory to the Engineer and, in general, not closer than 1,000 feet (300 m) from the work or from any building, road, or other place of human occupancy. The Contractor shall notify each property Owner and public utility company having structures or facilities in proximity to the site of the work of his/her intention to use explosives. Such notice shall be given sufficiently in advance to enable them to take such steps as they may deem necessary to protect their property from injury. The use of electrical blasting caps shall not be permitted on or within 1,000 feet (300 m) of the airport property.
Use of Customer Name Contractor may use County’s name without County’s prior written consent only in Contractor’s customer lists. Any other use of County’s name by Contractor must have the prior written consent of County.
Use of Funds for Lobbying Prohibited The Provider shall comply with the provisions of sections 11.062 and 216.347, F.S., which prohibit the expenditure of contract funds for the purpose of lobbying the Legislature, judicial branch, or a State agency.
