Common use of Use of Customer’s Name Clause in Contracts

Use of Customer’s Name. Customer agrees that EasyHRweb may use Customer’s name and may disclose that Customer is a user of EasyHRweb products in EasyHRweb advertising, promotion and similar public disclosures with respect to the Software; provided, however, that such advertising, promotion or similar public disclosures shall not indicate, without Customer’s Superintendent’s written consent, that Customer in any way endorses any EasyHRweb products.
