Use of Customer’s Name Clause Samples
The 'Use of Customer’s Name' clause defines the conditions under which a company may reference or display the customer’s name in its marketing, promotional materials, or public communications. Typically, this clause allows the service provider to list the customer as a client, use their logo, or mention their participation in case studies or testimonials, often with prior consent or within agreed-upon limitations. Its core practical function is to clarify the rights and boundaries regarding brand association, helping both parties avoid misunderstandings about publicity and endorsement.
