Use of Common Areas; No Soliciting. Tenant shall not use the common areas, including areas adjacent to the Premises, for any purpose other than ingress and egress, and any such use thereof shall be subject to the other provisions of this Lease, including these Rules. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Tenant shall not allow anything to remain in any passageway, sidewalk, court, corridor, stairway, entrance, exit, elevator, parking or shipping area, or other area outside the Premises. Tenant shall not use the common areas to canvass, solicit business or information from, or distribute any item or material to, other tenants or invitees of the Project. Tenant shall not make any room-to-room canvass to solicit business or information or to distribute any item or material to or from other tenants of the Building or Project and shall not exhibit, sell or offer to sell, use, rent or exchange any products or services in or from the Premise unless ordinarily embraced within the Tenant’s use of the Premises expressly permitted in the Lease.
