CERTIFICATION REGARDING USE OF CONTRACT FUNDS FOR LOBBYING This provision is applicable to all Federal-aid construction contracts and to all related subcontracts which exceed $100,000 (49 CFR 20).
Use of Funds Grantee shall expend funds under this Contract only for approved services and for reasonable and allowable expenses directly related to those services.

Use of Funds for Lobbying Prohibited The Provider shall comply with the provisions of sections 11.062 and 216.347, F.S., which prohibit the expenditure of contract funds for the purpose of lobbying the Legislature, judicial branch, or a State agency.
Use of Funding 4.1 Unless otherwise provided in this Schedule B, the HSP shall use all Funding allocated for a particular Envelope only for the use or uses set out in the Applicable Policy.
Reliance on Self-Certifications and Documentary Evidence A Reporting Financial Institution may not rely on a self-certification or documentary evidence if the Reporting Financial Institution knows or has reason to know that the self- certification or documentary evidence is incorrect or unreliable.
Use of Trunk Forecasts Trunk forecasts provided pursuant to this Agreement must be prepared in good faith but are not otherwise binding on CBB or Verizon.
Use of Communication Services The Website may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, blog comment sections and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, “Communication Services”), you agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service. The Company has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, the Company reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever. The Company reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in the Company’s sole discretion.
