Use of Certain Terms and References. The words "hereof," "herein" and "hereunder" and words of similar import when used in this Agreement shall refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Agreement; the term "or" shall be deemed to include the term "and/or;" singular or plural tenses shall be deemed to include the opposite whenever the context so indicates or requires; and article, section, subsection, paragraph, clause, schedule and exhibit references are to this Agreement unless otherwise specified.
