Use of an Automobile. During the Term, Employer shall provide Employee with an automobile selected by Employer which Employee may use for business and personal purposes. Employer shall be responsible for the costs of the maintenance and gasoline. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Employee shall reimburse Employer for such personal use of the automobile on a monthly basis in accordance with the custom of the Employer. Employee shall be responsible for any income tax associated with the automobile.

Use of an Automobile. During the Consulting Period, the Company and/or the Bank shall provide the Consultant with the continued use of the automobile that was provided for the Consultant’s use immediately prior to the Effective Date. At the end of the Consulting Period, the Company and/or the Bank shall transfer title to the automobile to the Consultant for no additional consideration.

  • Use of Automobile The Executive shall have the use of an automobile leased or titled in the Employer’s name for use by the Executive to carry out the Executive’s duties for the Employer, the insurance and maintenance expenses of which shall be paid by the Employer. As additional compensation, the Executive may use such automobile for personal purposes, provided that the Executive renders an accounting of business and personal use to the Employer in accordance with regulations under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association for rendering maintenance services.

  • Use of Service Each Party shall make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that its Customers comply with the provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to the provisions of applicable Tariffs) applicable to the use of Services purchased by it under this Agreement.
