Use of Automobile. The Executive shall have the use of an automobile titled in the Employer’s name for carrying out the Executive’s duties, the insurance and maintenance expenses of which shall be paid by the Employer. As additional compensation, the Executive may use the automobile for personal purposes, provided that the Executive renders an accounting of business and personal use in accordance with regulations under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. The provisions of this paragraph shall not be construed to permit use of the vehicle by the Executive’s family members.

Use of Automobile. The Corporation shall provide Employee with either the use of an automobile for business and personal use or a cash car allowance in accordance with the established company car policy of the Corporation. The Corporation shall pay all expenses of operating, maintaining and repairing the automobile provided by the Corporation and shall procure and maintain automobile liability insurance in respect thereof, with such coverage insuring each Employee for bodily injury and property damage. Reimbursement of automobile-related expenses shall be made as soon as practicable after the request for reimbursement is submitted, but in no event later than the last day of the calendar year next following the calendar year in which such expense was incurred. Additionally, neither the provision of in-kind benefits nor the reimbursement of expenses in any one calendar year shall affect the level or amount of in-kind benefits to be provided, or the expenses eligible for reimbursement, in any other calendar year. The Employee’s right to reimbursement or in-kind benefits under this Section 4.1 is not subject to liquidation or exchange for another benefit.

Use of Automobile. When an employee is on extended sick leave up to the point of going on LTD, he/she may retain use of the leased vehicle (or continue to receive a car allowance). At the end of four (4) months on LTD, an employee on car allowance will no longer receive such allowance and an employee with a leased vehicle will have the option of assuming the full cost of the lease or returning the vehicle to the Employer. (The present arrangements respecting employees eligible for or on LTD prior to May 1, 1992, shall continue unless otherwise agreed to between the Employer and the employee.)
Use of Automobile. All employees required to use their private automobile for County business shall receive the same rate as established for the county board for each mile traveled in the course of duty.
Use of Automobile. During the Employment Period, Employee shall be entitled to the use of an automobile leased or owned by the Company in connection with the Company’s business. The make and model of the automobile shall be reasonably satisfactory to Employee, provided that the Company’s monthly payments in respect thereof (exclusive of the expenses referred to in the following sentence) shall not exceed $500. In lieu of the foregoing, the Company may pay Employee an automobile allowance of $500 a month. Employee shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses related to the automobile, including, without limitation, cost of gas, oil, insurance and other costs incurred by Employee in operating and maintaining the automobile; provided, however, that Employee shall be responsible for keeping appropriate records regarding the use of said automobile, as instructed by the Company or its accountants.
