Common use of Use by Users Clause in Contracts

Use by Users. The Licensee shall ensure that the terms and condition of use of the Website shall include: (a) a requirement to comply with all applicable laws in respect of their use of the Website; (b) prohibition of reproduction or communication of the Website and / or the Work to the public that violates applicable law or the rights of third parties; and (c) a reservation of all intellectual property rights and other rights in the Website.
