Common use of Usage of the Donation Clause in Contracts

Usage of the Donation. The Donee hereby represents that it will use the Donation exclusively for activities described in Annex No. 1, which shall constitute an integral part hereof (hereinafter referred to as the "Supported Activity"). The Donee hereby represents that neither the Donation nor any of its parts will be paid, provided, or assigned to any other organization or individual with the exception of reasonable reimbursement for things and services provided to the Donee in connection with the Supported Activity.
