Common use of Usage and Configuration Metrics Clause in Contracts

Usage and Configuration Metrics. In connection with Druva’s performance of this Agreement, Druva and its Affiliates may collect information regarding number of users, number of devices, number of servers, per user storage capacity, aggregate storage usage and storage locations of the Customer and may use such information only for internal business purposes, including to perform their obligations under this Agreement and to ensure compliance with this Agreement. Any information collected pursuant to this Section shall not include any Customer Data, or any “personally identifiable information” or “protected health information” therein, as such terms are defined in applicable privacy laws. Druva and its Affiliates agree to keep all collected information confidential.
