URTI LEAVE. 55.1 If you are a full-time Team Member, you are entitled to 6 days paid URTI leave each year if you have an upper respiratory tract infection. If you are a part-time Team Member or employed on flexible work arrangements, you will receive a pro-rata entitlement. 55.2 URTI leave is in addition to your personal/carer’s leave entitlement. 55.3 If you wish to take URTI leave, you must notify us as soon possible in advance so that we can arrange for other people to cover your absence. 55.4 We may require that you provide documentation to support your URTI leave application. 55.5 If you suffer an URTI whilst performing work away from home base, we will do what we reasonably can to provide treatment for you and return you to home base as soon as possible. 55.6 URTI leave does not accumulate from year to year and is not paid out on termination of employment.
