Common use of Upon termination of the Appointment Clause in Contracts

Upon termination of the Appointment. 14.4.1 the Executive shall upon the request of the Company resign from all (if any) offices held by him in the Company or any Group company and all (if any) trusteeships held by him of any pension scheme or any trust established or subscribed to/by the Company and any Group Company and in the event of his failure to do so the Company is hereby irrevocably authorised to appoint some person in his name and on his behalf to sign and execute all documents and do all things necessary to constitute and give effect to such resignation;

Upon termination of the Appointment. 14.4.1 15.3.1 the Executive shall upon the request of the Company resign from all (if any) directorships or other offices held by him in the Company or any Group company and all (if any) trusteeships held by him of any pension scheme or any trust established or subscribed to/by the Company and any Group Company and in the event of his failure to do so the Company is hereby irrevocably authorised to appoint some person as his attorney and in his name and on his behalf to sign and execute all documents and do all things necessary to constitute and give effect to such resignation;
